If you’d like the cards to integrate with your POS or CRM system, please include those details in the "Additional Information?" section.
You may upload your data file when placing your order or email it directly to our team. We accept Excel, CSV, TXT, and other standard file formats.
- Upload now: Select “I’ll upload a data file now” under “How will your data be provided?” and upload your file directly on this page.
- Send later: Select “I’ll send my data file later” under “How will your data be provided?”. After submitting your order, email your data file to designstudio@cardsource.com and include your order number.
Once received, our team will review your file and reach out if there are any questions.
If your data is non-sequential, a small control number will be added on the back to ensure all records are accounted for.
Please note that processing may be delayed if your data file is not received.
The correct barcode type depends on your system requirements and how the barcode will be used. Some systems require a specific format, while others support multiple options.
- Code 128: Compact barcode that can include letters, numbers, and standard keyboard characters.
- Code 39: Widely supported barcode that can include letters, numbers, spaces, and several special characters: - . $ / + %.
- UPC-A: Numeric barcode that contains 11 digits, plus a 12th check digit that is automatically generated when the barcode is created.
